Welcome to “Inspired Reflections”
A new space for some growth, some grounding, and some getting real.

At Inspired Consulting Group, we believe that reflection isn’t just a luxury that comes when we’ve found some extra time in our schedules to slow down and sit with our thoughts for a bit.  No, reflection is an essential leadership practice and a vital part of building empathy, understanding, and perspective. It’s how we stay rooted in our values, connected to our communities, and responsive to the world around us. That’s why we’re proud to launch Inspired Reflections, a new space dedicated to insight, authenticity, and the stories that shape who we are and how we show up in all aspects of our life.

Here at Inspired Reflections, Inspired Consulting Group team members, and perhaps some special guests from time to time, will be sharing thought-provoking pieces on inclusive leadership, strategies for parenting through challenging times, equity-driven systems change, and the intersection of personal growth and professional practice. Some posts will come from our work with partners, others from conversations taking place with our family, friends, and neighbors. We’ll explore ideas that have been spurred on from episodes of the Inspired Insights Podcast as well as from those moments that simply sparked something we’ve found to be worth sitting with just a little bit longer.

We’ll explore topics like:

• Why Belonging is the foundation of service excellence,
• The Queer experience of navigating our perfectly imperfect world,
• What it means to lead with vulnerability and vision,
• Parenting a child through both the challenging and rewarding times,
• The power of Joy in all its forms,
• The evolving role of DEI&B in a world that’s both fractured and full of potential,
• How small, intentional actions of allyship can create seismic shifts in workplace culture,
• And so much more!

Now, let me be real clear right up front… Inspired Reflections isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions and digging into the possibilities together. So, if you’re here hoping that you’ll leave with step-by-step instructions on mastering everything on that To Do list of yours, well… You may be in for some disappointment. Fear not, though! We’re going to stick with each other every step of the way along the road towards curiosity, introspection, and exploration. We’re in this work together. I promise!

We hope Inspired Reflections becomes a place you return to when you need to feel grounded, challenged, or simply reminded that change is possible, and you’re not doing this work alone.
